  In Susan Glaspell's play Trifles,who killed the man and why ?  The play Trifles is written by an American writer Susan Glaspell.In this play she describes the death of a man John Wright.This play is one-act play.John Wright was the husband of Minnie.Minnie used to sing and wear beautiful clothes.But her married life was unhappy.Her husband John Wright was abusive and callous.After marriage she stopped singing and wearing beautiful clothes.She had a beautiful canary.She loved it very much.Once her husband killed it and this incident broke her heart.She decided to take a revenge.She killed her husband while he was sleeping.Two ladies Mrs.Hale and Mrs. Peter came to the house of Wright to get the clues of murder.They make certain investigations by exploring her belongings.They saw the untidy kitchen and found the dead canary lying in a box.When they found that dead canary,they believed that John Wright broke it's neck and killed it and this motivated her to take his life. ...
